Jacksonville Caregivers was launched ten years ago by two experienced caregivers who recognized the need for a higher standard of in-home care. Bringing a better service at cost-effective prices was their goal, and they achieved it by being extremely selective in hiring excellent caregivers and being careful about running their business with the economy of their clients in mind.
All of our caregivers go through an extensive interview process and background check before being hired at Jacksonville Caregivers.
Once hired, each caregiver goes through an intense training process, even if they already have years of experience. We also provide specialized training for those caregivers interested in working with clients dealing with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. We also routinely ask for feedback from our clients so we can make sure we're providing the best service possible.
